How will I receive the resource materials to go with my purchase?

All resource materials for your project, including Risk Assessments, Curriculum Links, Worksheets and other related resources will be accessible via a QR code included in the pack.

I’m interested in Subscribing my child to your Journey into woodwork packs, how will we know what tools we need? and do we need a special workbench?

All required tools will be outlined in each pack included tips on choosing the right one for your child. Your child will learn about the tools as they go as well as about different woodworking techniques, terminology, skills, wood and more. Lots of the first projects your child will be able to make on a concrete or hard surface, or a sturdy table.

Can I offer classes using your products and services?

Yes, you can use the Woodwork Lab, Professional Development and Bulk purchase prices of our products to deliver services to your community. Please note that you would be responsible for your own insurances and advertising.

Can adults do the Journey into woodwork?

Sure, there’s no reason why not. We want to teach everyone. Just be sure to order the adult height workbench when they become available.

Can a family or individual purchase the whole lab and workbench but with tools for 1 person only or no tools at all?

Yes, eventually. Once production commences we intend to be able to offer more variations of our product.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-15 business days for our team to process your order depending on the size of your order.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within Australia. typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Returns Policy

  • Proof of purchase: You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, EFTPOS statement, or order confirmation.

  • Faulty goods: You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn't match its description.

  • Return methods: We offer store credit or exchange.

  • Who pays for returns: Consumers are generally responsible for the cost of returning smaller items. We will cover the cost of returning large or heavy items that are faulty.
